The South African summer days are coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean our glamping days are! There’s just something about a chilly mountain breeze that makes cosying up to the fireplace all the more enjoyable. Or waking up early, putting on your warmest jacket, and heading on a sunrise safari with your coffee flask in hand. Even better, relaxing in your private wood-fired hot tub at night under the magical star constellations.
If you love spending time in the outdoors and reconnecting with nature, but not so much the discomforts that often accompany camping, we’re pretty sure you’ll LOVE glamping! Our self-catering glamping accommodation is designed to make you feel completely at one with nature, without having to give up any of the modern comforts you shouldn’t have to compromise on – especially during winter! Our guests rarely want to check out after two nights, and with our 3-night glamping specials, they won’t have to!
3-Night Specials
Stay longer for less with our three-night glamping special this winter starting from R2990 for two adults sharing! Cosy up next to the fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate or a glass of red wine while enjoying the crackling of the fire as you look out into the starry night. With two extra length queen beds and one bunk bed, our tents comfortably sleep up to five people. Not only are the beds unbelievably comfortable, but they also come with electric blankets to ensure you stay warm on colder nights! Both bedrooms lead into a shared bathroom that has a huge shower, warm water, and perfect water pressure. Each tent has a deck overlooking the pristine landscape of the area, as well as a braai for some braaibroodjies and bonding around the fire. Because, let’s be honest, the South African winter has never stopped us from enjoying a braai. Private outdoor wood-fired hot tubs are available at 8 of our 11 camps and they are the highlight of the evening.

Winter Weekends 3-Night Special
Ready for even more good news? Our camps in The Midlands, Pongola Game Reserve, Hoedspruit and Hazyview normally fell under high and peak season between July and September. This year, we won’t be charging peak season rates at any of these camps. Instead, the weekends are high season, and we have reduced our midweek rates even further (Sundays to Thursdays). To top it off, you can book these high season weekends as a three-night special by adding a Thursday or Sunday night to your stay!
