Our camp is located within 15-minutes’ of the renowned Aquila Private Game Reserve, and is the ideal base for guests to head out on an exciting Big 5 sunset safari.

How to book:

1. Visit the AfriCamps at Karoo 1 booking page
2. Click on Book Now
3. Choose your preferred dates – valid for stays until 12 December 2024
4. Select the SAFARI SPECIAL option on the booking page

5. Complete the steps on-screen and confirm your booking
6. Make your deposit within 24 hours

The fine print:

This special can only be booked directly on www.africamps.com, and not via any other websites.

Booking alteration policy: This special is only valid for stays until 12 December 2024. If a booking is moved to a different period, your discount will be forfeited and you will have to settle any difference in rates.

Extra Adults Rates:
Please note that the rates are based on two adults sharing. You can add an extra adult to your booking from R1690 per person for the 2-night AfriCamps stay including a sunset safari

Child Rates:
The following rates will apply for children, and will be added to your booking:

Ages 0-2: Free

Age 3-16: R1135 per child for the 2-night AfriCamps stay including a sunset safari

Your Aquila booking
The team at AfriCamps at Karoo 1 will make your sunset safari reservation at Aquila. This reservation will only be made once full payment of the special has been received. No cancellations will be accepted for the sunset safari.

Booking is subject to availability at Aquila. Once we receive your booking, we will enquire regarding availability with Aquila.
